Update on Shipping Packaging for Posters and Recent Shipments

As our shop undergoes a transition, we're actively optimizing our delivery methods to ensure your utmost satisfaction.

Recently, we received feedback regarding the packaging of our posters. While we've been using a yellow soft package with bubble wrap and a folder for protection, we've realized that this method may not always guarantee the best delivery outcome.

Therefore, we've decided to enhance our packaging for poster orders. Beginning with the next shipment, your posters will be dispatched in sturdy poster tubes for safer delivery.

In light of this change, we've observed a gradual increase in shipping expenses over the past few years. While we've maintained consistent shipping fees and product prices since our shop opened to provide affordable service, we've decided to make a slight adjustment to the shipping fee to maintain service quality.

Rest assured, we are dedicated to providing you with the best possible experience and will strive to exceed your expectations.

Lastly, if you placed an order including poster(s) between March 1st and March 20th, and your posters arrived damaged, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team. We are committed to making arrangements that work for you.
